The busy season is upon us and we wanted to keep you in the loop on new updates!
Notifications
For those who utilize our pre and post notification feature, we wanted to give you a heads up about a notice that some of you have inquired about (see below).
We are currently working on an API that will allow you to continue sending notifications by text.
We plan on having it working before June 17th. Whether you use AT&T or not, we think this will be an easier solution anyway. We will keep you posted when it is ready!
FYI: Although the company that we are working with charges per text, we are hoping to refrain from charging you. However, we will see if the number of texts used starts adding up, we may have to get reimbursed. (We don't think it will be too bad).
New Dispatch and Applicator View Video
We are continually updating this new feature that we think will really help with your workflow!

FYI: There are more updates to come on this feature! We are testing our "applicator view" on the new dispatching system and are looking forward to releasing it!
