1. New option to Filter by field name on Job Scheduling:  We now have the option for you to filter your jobs by 1 or more fields in the Manage Job Scheduling Screen. Simply click on "More" and start typing the field name(s) that you would like to filter by.

2. Ability to choose individual emails for notifications:  After many requests, we are excited to announce that you have the ability to choose or unchoose the emails that you would like to send pre and post notifications to.

3. After emailing an invoice or a statement, the envelope button will turn dark brown:  So you will know if you've emailed an invoice, the envelope button will turn dark brown so you won't accidentally email them twice.

You can also tell if something has been emailed or texted by going to the customer under Manage Customers and clicking on the envelope button.

4. New Tax Option in Manage Chemical/Charges.:  In order for you to be able to distinguish your charges from income to taxable income, we've added an "Add Tax" button.

This allows you to create a Tax charge that can be used in OTC Chemical Sales as well as the Field Application Chemical Sales. It will be easier to track later in your reporting. For those who use Quickbooks, we are going to shortly release an option to separate taxes from income accounts.

If you are happy with the way you are doing your tax charges, feel free to continue.

5. Help Buttons: 

Most pages on our Chem-Man now feature a brand new help button that explains the page's functionality!

They are generally next to the page's title; clicking them opens a pop-up window providing information on how to use that page.

There will be more updates to these buttons in the future.
